Design for exhibition on a canal boat in Kings Cross

Creative direction of the celebratory exhibition for Voices of the Water, a two-year HLF-funded project by Global Generation

  • Development of an exhibition on board the Floating Garden, a canal boat on Regent’s Canal, North London

  • Curation of artworks, photographs and participant quotes, capturing both the process and outcomes of the project

  • Translation of community workshop activity into a public-facing exhibition, exploring water through cultural, health & wellbeing and environmental lenses

  • Co-creation of the visual identity with a young person from the team

  • Design of illustrative patterns and visual language, using soft forms and watery hues aligned with the project theme

  • Development of a bespoke handwritten typeface

  • Environmentally responsible production choices, including signage printed on 100% recycled corrugated cardboard, FSC marine plywood, and hand-painted reclaimed wood
